THE STORY
The beginning of the story takes place at a wedding to which strait-laced Brad Majors and his demure girlfriend Janet Weiss are invited. Being on the spot, Brad can’t resist the urge to propose to Janet with a fun song.
In order to share the good news of their engagement, Brad and Janet decide to visit their old mentor and friend Dr. Scott. During the trip their car gets a flat tyre on a lonely road. It is a rainy night. Not too far down the road, they see a light coming from a castle and decide to approach it in search of a telephone.
When they arrive at the castle’s entryway, the disturbing butler Riff Raff opens the door. He is joined by the enigmatic maid Magenta and a groupie called Columbia as they introduce the newcomers into a wild party organized by an extremely provocative scientist, Dr. Frank-N-Furter. The arrival of the lovebirds happens just at the time when their eccentric host is about to unveil his latest creation: a creature named Rocky Horror.
From that moment on, naive Brad and Janet find themselves involved in a spiral of events each wilder and more revelatory than the next which turns their lives upside down at the same time that makes them fall prey to their most libidinous instincts.
All of this accompanied by legendary songs such as the catchy “The Time Warp”, whose dance steps are popular the world over, or the kick-ass “Hot Patootie-Bless My Soul”, in the finest rock & roll style.
